Bonuses:

Bonuses are voluntary benefits provided by ITSP to players. The player has no right claim bonuses from ITSP. A bonus is understood to be both an additional amount credited to the betting account by ITSP after a successful deposit, and a free bet, which is linked to deposits, but also to bets placed or other activities, such as successful verification. Bonus offers are available in the betting account for the player, provided that he is eligible to receive the corresponding offer. Another possibility to redeem bonuses are bonus codes, which are either listed under "Promotions" on the website or are transmitted to the player via other permissible communication channels (e.g. e-mail dispatch). Exclusive offers may also be sent by mail.

If a bonus is available in the player account, it is visible in the player account under the item "My account" and "Bonuses".

General bonus rules:

1.1.                  Generally, only settled bets count as placed according to the bonus conditions. This also applies to long-term bets placed after the bonus has been redeemed.

1.2.                  As long as an amount of money is still linked to the fulfillment of the bonus conditions of a bonus activated by the player, this amount of money cannot be paid out. Funds that are not linked to bonus fulfillment or other conditions can be paid out to the player. The player can see at any time which amount of money is still linked to the fulfillment of the bonus conditions of a bonus activated by the player and which amount of money can be paid out by the player.

1.3.                  A deposit bonus can only be activated after a successful deposit.

1.4.                  If a maximum payout amount is set for a bonus, the betting balance is automatically adjusted to this once the bonus has been wagered. This means that any winnings generated by a bonus that exceed the maximum payout amount will be automatically deducted from the betting balance, leaving only the set maximum payout amount as betting balance on the betting account.

1.5.                  A bonus is considered lost when the account balance is EUR 0.00 and all bets have been evaluated, settled and completed after bonus activation. If the bonus is considered lost, its wagering requirements will also be cleared.

1.6.                  For combination bets that contain single bets that are excluded from the bonus, the turnover is calculated aliquot. An example: a combination bet with 3 single bets contains a single bet that is excluded from the turnover. Therefore, only 2 thirds of the bet counts as placed towards the bonus conditions.

1.7.                  The specified minimum betting odds for combination bets always refer to the individual betting options. In any case, if one or more of the included individual betting options does not reach the minimum odds, the bet does not count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus.

1.8.                  Single bets that fall below a minimum odds of 2.0. are - unless otherwise stated - not considered to have been placed in accordance with the bonus conditions and therefore do not count towards the wagering requirements.

1.9.                  The "maximum bet amount" (= bets only count up to this amount towards the bonus turnover) also counts as part of the bonus conditions across all bets. This means that if several bets are placed with the same combination, the maximum bet amount counts as having been placed in accordance with the bonus conditions as soon as this amount has been reached in the total of all bets.

1.10.              Bets that are hedged in any way (e.g. by betting on the opposing team) do not count as placed according to the bonus conditions.

1.11.              Bets on "no-juice" games/offers (odds offered without margin) do not contribute to the turnover for a bonus.

1.12.              Invalid and cancelled bets do not contribute to the turnover for a bonus.

1.13.              If a player makes a withdrawal in order to receive a bonus through an immediately subsequent deposit, this bonus will not be granted.

1.14.              ITSP reserves the right to change and/or discontinue ongoing bonus promotions until a bonus is claimed by a player. However, bonuses that have already been activated will always remain valid and are subject to the bonus terms and conditions in effect at the time of activation. In case of potential bonus abuse, ITSP reserves the right to perform further checks (for example: requesting the customer to provide a photo and/or to perform a phone call or video call).

1.15.              Bonus promotions and offers for players are not intended for players who abuse the bonus system. Such players may have both the bonus and winnings earned using the bonus as wagering deducted at any time. ITSP reserves the right to take further measures. In case of factual suspicion of bonus abuse (e.g. playing real money against bonuses with several providers, opening several betting accounts under false identities or within the same househould for the purpose of receiving bonuses or other actions of the player with the intention of causing damage), ITSP will exclude the player from the betting offer, close the betting account and withhold already credited bonuses and winnings from the betting balance.

1.16.              For any bonus awarded without the requirement of a deposit, a maximum of ten times the bonus amount can be paid out as winnings - unless otherwise stated. Winnings exceeding this amount are automatically deducted from the betting account.

1.17.              Due to a system requirement, if a player has not deposited yet and requests a withdrawal which only consists of winnings from a Free Bet, they have to make a deposit with their desired withdrawal method first and then request a withdrawal of the entire amount of the winnings and deposit.

1.18.              If several bets are placed on one betting option of a single event (e.g. a soccer match), only the maximum amount stated counts as having been placed in accordance with the bonus conditions. For example, if two bets worth EUR 75.00 are placed on a victory of FC Bayern against Borussia Dortmund, but only a maximum amount of EUR 100.00 can be counted as being placed according to the bonus conditions, this means that only the EUR 75.00 of the first bet and the first EUR 25.00 of the second bet count as being placed according to the bonus conditions.

1.19.              Players can use only one deposit bonus at any time. If the player activates a new deposit bonus while the previous one was still active, ITSP reserves the right to cancel the entire betting activity (including winnings) performed with the most recent deposit and its bonus.
